“ Young man who works making the bagels is great. 10/10 hospitality and engages with the guests ”
“ Stopped by for a bagel today. Nothing fancy - just a plain bagel and cream cheese. Very good bagel. The place was pretty clean and the cashiers were friendly and nice. Reason for 4 stars: While there, I overheard one of the workers get upset with a customer (they thought they heard their name - it was wrong) so when my name was called, I double-checked which was mine before I grabbed it (didn't want to make a mistake!) The person was in a pissy mood, didn't turn around and told me which one was mine in exasperated tone. Now, things like this don't usually bother me BUT when it's more than one person that gets talked to this way - kinda sours your experience. Anyways - I hope it was just a bad day - I'll come back & hope she gets a hug in the meantime. ”
